Phillips Brothers' employees are required to take confined space training with retraining each year.

Each employee goes through machine awareness safety training to ensure they know how the machines operate and the danger zones associated with each one. 

Being centrally located between rock quarries, our employees go through MSHA training each year to learn quarry and mine safety. 

Each year Phillips Brothers employees get certified in CPR training to better help each team member in case of an emergency. 

Each week our team goes through different safety classes to keep each safety item fresh and prevent injuries.

Flaggers are essential in highway construction. Phillips Brothers sends multiple team members to get certified in flagging to help prevent unsafe traffic patterns. 

Phillips Brothers requires employees to be trained in the proper safety measures when encountering bloodborne pathogens.
